Ladd is always willing to take the time and explain the simplest things to make you feel more confident in the work and service you are getting on your vehicle. He always has a smile on his face and greets you as he was meeting you for the first time and always knows your name. He is always willing to answers questions even when is not at work and is willing to take a minute to list to your problem when he is on his own time.
